The SI Clean Energy Service Centre

Si Clean Energy operates one of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced inverter repair centres in the country.  Staffed with electronics engineers and technicians with years of Clean Energy experience, the service centre provides global technical support, services and repairs down to component level on all of the products distributed by Si Clean Energy.

Service support for large commercial systems can include maintenance agreements, uptime guarantees and preventative maintenance contracts. Service agreements such as these are of vital importance to systems that rely on a financial return on investment.  Options are custom designed and include guaranteed response times for remote diagnosis, local attendance, and high level engineering intervention so as to comply with agreed uptime commitments.

For all commercial systems supported, Si Clean Energy holds key replacement components on hand for rapid response to failures. These components are maintained at either Si Clean Energy, the customer’s premises, or the site location depending upon the level of agreement in place.

The SI Clean Energy Service Centre has significant resources devoted to local warranty provision. This reduces turn around time to complete repairs compared with many of our competitors that rely on overseas servicing and repairs. For complicated repairs requiring longer than usual, we offer loan units to ensure your customers are not left without an operating system during the repair time.  Our objective is to ensure that you and your customers are minimally inconvenienced should a product failure arise.

Workshop Service

Please phone 1300 767 761 (International: +61 2 6655 3930) to discuss the product fault. If it is determined that the unit needs to come to the workshop, we can assist with the freight arrangements. An estimated cost and the repair turnaround time will be discussed at this time. In special cases a replacement inverter can be arranged while your inverter is being serviced.
